Death is quite difficult for anyone to face or cope with. It is emotionally overwhelming. The sudden death of someone you love is never easy to accept and deal with. The catastrophic loss exacts both emotional and physical tolls on the people affected by it.

My Sweet Little Boy Walter Jared
When my two-year old son died in a vehicular accident, a vital and core part of me has been ripped away and died as well. There is an empty place in my heart that could never be filled up knowing that I would never be able to live with or share my love openly with my son, Walter Jared. Walter’s sudden death was an incredibly traumatic event and I was forced to confront an exceedingly painful and stressful paradox. I have to deal with the contradictory burden of wanting to be free of this overwhelming pain yet needing the memories as a reminder of my precious child. I cannot just tie my neck and stop breathing even how badly I need to end the pain. I still need to continue to live our own lives as fully as possible for our two remaining children.
Nothing has prepared me for the enormity or catastrophe of the grief. When grief hits me, I just let my tears flow and feel the intensity of the pain and the longing for my son’s warm embrace and wet kisses. Words are not enough to express how much I miss my son. I am constantly holding on to those precious memories we have shared together to fill the untold emptiness and lighten the deep emotional hurt.
I keep my life very simple and just focus on getting through each day at a time. As I continue my life’s journey, I have great hope that God will provide me the ways to get through my grief and healing will come eventually.

Summer is here and it only means one thing – summer vacation! After a full school year attending regular and Saturday make-up classes, our kids are going to wish for a summer full of fun and excitement. I would love to throw a party for them as a reward for all their hard work and achievements in school. I’ve searched the internet for party store online to look for some party ideas ideal for my kids particularly because Easter holiday is coming.
Summer is the perfect month for our kids to discover new interests, crafts, or sports. It is also a great time to show them that besides school, they can also learn other things by interacting with other kids, making new friends, and attending activities such as workshops to develop their skills in sports, arts, culinary or music.
Whatever special interest we plan to keep our kids more productive and entertained this summer, the most important thing is to always spend quality time with them. We have to keep them smiling and prevent agitation, animosity and misbehavior all through the heat of the summer. Summer vacation should be a wonderful family time. A time they will definitely appreciate and will never forget.

Tile flooring is an exemplary choice in flooring because of the following important and beneficial factors – color and style, moisture resistance, quality and durability and ease of maintenance. However you plan to design your floor, there is always a tile floor that is perfectly suitable for the style you are looking for.
The two of the most active areas in our home are the kitchen and bathroom. It is only practical and imperative to choose a durable floor for these areas. Tile flooring is a very durable material whether it is porcelain, marble, ceramic, or slate. It also provides a superior level of protection against water damage. Because the kitchen and bathroom floors are always subject to water exposure, it is ideal to choose a material that gives the most protection against moisture and will probably save us a lot of headaches.
Care and maintenance of tile flooring is made easier if the tile and grout sealer was applied right after the installation of the floor was completed. The sealer actually penetrates the grout and tile, and it forms a protective barrier against discoloring and stains. The seal prevents the dirt from working its way into the porous parts of the tile making the floor much easier to clean. All you need is soap, water and a mop.

Holy Week is the last week of Lent and the week before Easter. People consider this as the time for the religious; others regard this as a means to enjoy the mountains and beaches; and hard workers count this as a time in which they could get a head start of their workload. Most religious people believe that holy week is the time for spiritual contemplation and renewal of faith. Although, people still follow the religious tradition of the week, there are still those that manage to sneak away for family vacations and enjoy the bliss of summer destinations; and some just take their leave for the comforts of their own homes.
How would you spend the Holy Week? Would it be a week for spiritual renewal, recreation and vacation, or preparation for incoming office works?

Polyphasic sleep refers to the practice of sleeping in multiple shorter sleep sessions within a 24-hour period rather than taking a single night sleep. It does not entail any particular schedule for sleeping. Polyphasic sleep is seen in babies, elderly and other animals.
It is more advisable, practical and healthy to sleep at night as best as we can and then take short naps as needed.
If you are practicing polyphasic sleep, we would greatly appreciate to hear from you. Kindly share your experience and thoughts on the subject.
