Polyphasic sleep refers to the practice of sleeping in multiple shorter sleep sessions within a 24-hour period rather than taking a single night sleep. It does not entail any particular schedule for sleeping. Polyphasic sleep is seen in babies, elderly and other animals.
It is more advisable, practical and healthy to sleep at night as best as we can and then take short naps as needed.

3. CLEANING THE HOUSE. Cleaning the house is also a good way to keep the body healthy and in good condition. It tones some parts of your body. For example, using a vacuum cleaner can do wonders to your hands and shoulders.
4. DANCE. Work your body through dance. The good thing is that this activity can be done anywhere you want, even in the comfort of your own home. Shake off those calories, maintain blood circulation and reduce stress by dancing. This strenuous but fun exercise will keep you young and full of energy.
5. RECREATION WITH CHILDREN. Mothers can benefit greatly from this excellent exercise in disguise. Running after your child helps build endurance. An afternoon of recreation surely burn fat significantly and it feels good to put a smile on the face of your child.
